Met with the lawyer today. We signed the official incorporation papers and held our first official meeting.
With that, the Little T Broadband Services, Inc. enterprise has been formed. Our 501c3 application has been filed with the IRS.
We are excited to launch the new information website for Little T Broadband Services, Inc. Please frequent this site to learn about the progress on our journey to plan, build the necessary infrastructure, and to deliver high speed broadband to the Otto community.
At this time, we are waiting on the state of NC to finalize the paperwork for the newly formed 501c3 corporation. The entity is expected to be official in the coming weeks.
In the coming months, we will be working to seek funding for the project through public grants and other sources. We will also be meeting with potential operators to request proposals for implementation.
